Circle Totality Phases 12x12
A 12x12 inch square image professionally printed on archival paper. It arrives ready for you to mat or frame and hang on your wall. This photo would look great framed in a simple black 12x12 inch square frame as is, or mounted in a 16x16 inch white mat and then framed.
Whether you see this as a portal, a vortex, or a bullseye is up to you! I searched my artistic brain for different ways to present the different effects witnessed during eclipse totality, and came up with this dartboard like look. It is a journey through Eclipse Totality beginning with the tiny red full sun in the middle. When the moon covers the sun enough, just before full totality, the Diamond Ring effect appears, quickly this transforms into Baily’s Beads as the edges of the moon cover even more of the sun, until finally full totality is among us and the Sun’s Corona bursts around the outside of the moon, we can take off our eye protection and visually witness the look of a lack hole floating up in space. It’s amazing and full of awe and wonder, a cool quietness surrounds the environment and everything is still for a moment. During April’s eclipse, we were lucky to also witness Solar Prominences with our own eyes, which I also highlight in this image as the second circle next to the outer Corona layer.
